An Interim Order of the Bankruptcy Court authorizing Borrower to borrow funds from Lender on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in form and substance acceptable to Lender, in its sole discretion (the "Interim Authorizing Order") and that Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court authorizing Borrower to borrow funds from Lender on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in form and substance acceptable to Lender, in its sole discretion (the "Final Authorizing Order")
