Automatic Exercise Date

Automatic Exercise Date. The last business day of the applicable term that was established by the Committee for such Option (e.g., the last business day prior to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant of such Option if the Option initially had a ten-year term); provided that with respect to an Option that has been amended pursuant to this Plan so as to alter the term, "Automatic Exercise Date" shall mean the last business day of the term that was established by the Committee for such Option as amended
