AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE

AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE. Means the purchase or lease of a Sourced Automobile by a CarsDirect customer. For the purposes of this Agreement, an Automobile Purchase shall be deemed consummated upon delivery of the purchased Automobile to the applicable CarsDirect customer and the confirmation of such delivery (and acceptance thereof) by CarsDirect in accordance with its standard practices.
