Auxiliary Technology Patents. Means (a) the patents and patent applications set forth on Exhibit C, and (b) any reissue, divisional, continuation, continuation in part, reexamination, renewal, extension or supplementary protection certificate for each of the patents and patent applications set forth on Exhibit C, (c) the Improvement Patents, and (d) any reissue, divisional, continuation, continuation in part, reexamination, renewal, extension supplementary protection certificate for each of the Improvement Patents,... including all U.S. and foreign and international counterparts and related patents and patent applications either now pending or pending in the future, but only to the extent that each of the foregoing in clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) are Controlled by Rights Holder.
