Availability Amount

Availability Amount. (a) at any time prior to April 15, 2013, an amount equal to 33.0% multiplied by the Adjusted Aggregate Mortgaged Property Amount at such time and (b) at any time on or after April 15, 2013, an amount equal to the greater of (x) 22.2% multiplied by the Aggregate Mortgaged Property Amount at such time and (y) 25.0% multiplied by the Adjusted Aggregate Mortgaged Property Amount at such time.
