Availability Block. Shall mean the amount of $0.

Availability Block. Means an amount equal to $4,000,000 which shall be reduced by $1,000,000 on each date that the principal amount of the Term Loan advanced for the purchase of the shredder under Section 2.01(c) is reduced by one-third of the original principal advanced (by way of example, the Availability Block will be $3,000,000 when the principal amount of the Term Loan is $6,000,000 and then $2,000,000 when the principal is reduced to $3,000,000).

Availability Block. Schedule I .I to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating the definition of "Availability Block" as follows: "Availability Block" means an availability block in the amount of $1,400,000, which amount shall increase by an additional $1OO,OOO on April I , 20 I 4 and on the first day of each Fiscal Quarter thereafter.

Availability Block. A reserve in an initial amount equal to $3,000,000, and increasing by an additional $1,000,000 on December 19, 2016 and on each Monday thereafter (or such lower amount as approved by Agent in its sole discretion)
