Availability Block

Availability Block. Schedule I .I to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating the definition of "Availability Block" as follows: "Availability Block" means an availability block in the amount of $1,400,000, which amount shall increase by an additional $1OO,OOO on April I , 20 I 4 and on the first day of each Fiscal Quarter thereafter.

Availability Block. A reserve in an initial amount equal to $3,000,000, and increasing by an additional $1,000,000 on December 19, 2016 and on each Monday thereafter (or such lower amount as approved by Agent in its sole discretion)

Availability Block. $10,000,000; provided, that, such amount shall be zero ($0) on and after the first day on or after January 1, 2023 that no Default or Event of Default shall exist.
