Example Definitions of "Availability Period"
Availability Period. The period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of (x) the Commitment Termination Date, and (y) the date upon which the LC Commitment terminates pursuant to the terms hereof.

Availability Period. Means the period from and including the Closing Date to the earliest of (A) the Maturity Date, (B) the date of termination of the Commitments pursuant to Section 8.02 and (C) July 31, 2007.
