Example Definitions of "Available Advance Amount"
Available Advance Amount. Shall mean the sum of the Purchase Prices for all Purchased Receivables which are not subject to a Customer Dispute, and which have not been paid and shall constitute the amount of funds available for the Company to borrow from Porter Capital under the Line of Credit.
