Available Commitment

Available Commitment. Means the "Available Commitment" (as defined in the Common Terms Agreement) of a Senior Facility H Lender in respect of Senior Facility H.

Available Commitment. At any time means a Lender's Commitment at that time minus: (a) the aggregate amount of their participation in any Advances at that time; and (b) in relation to any proposed Advance, the aggregate amount of their participation in any Advances (other than the proposed Advance) that are due to be made on or before the proposed Drawdown Date;

Available Commitment. Available Commitment": as to any Bank at any time, an amount equal to (a) the amount of such Bank's Tranche 1 Commitment at such time less (b) the aggregate principal amount of all revolving credit loans made by such Bank to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof then outstanding; collectively, as to all the Lenders, the "Available Commitments".

Available Commitment. An amount equal to the difference between (a) the amount of the Commitment at such time, and (b) the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loan outstanding at such time under the Commitment.

Available Commitment. Available Commitment. Means, with respect to a Drawdown Notice, the Total Commitment minus the aggregate amount of all requested Advances in any prior Drawdown Notice for which the Drawdown Date has not yet occurred.
