Available Funds

Available Funds. Assets of the Company legally available for distribution to holders of the Company's Series B Preferred Stock, whether such assets are capital, surplus or earnings.

Available Funds. Shall have the meaning set forth in Article 10 ["Profits and Losses, Distributions"]; 1

Available Funds. Means (A) the sum of (i) the Initial Amount and (ii) --------------- interest earned on the funds in the Collateral Account (including holdings of U.S. Government Obligations), less (B) the aggregate disbursements previously ---- made pursuant to this Agreement. -2-

Available Funds. Means (A) the sum of (i) the Initial Escrow Amount and (ii) dividends and other earnings paid on the funds in the Security Account (including holdings of U.S. Government Obligations), less (B) the aggregate disbursements previously made pursuant to this Agreement.

Available Funds. Means (i) the sum of (A) the Initial Interest Escrow Amount, (B) the Initial Bramex Escrow Amount and (C) interest earned or dividends paid on the funds in the Escrow Account (including holdings of U.S. Government Securities), less (ii) the aggregate disbursements previously made pursuant to this Agreement, which shall constitute at any time of determination all monies on deposit and/or securities credited to the Escrow Account.

Available Funds. Means funds on deposit in the Clearing Accounts reasonably determined by the Clearing Bank to constitute available funds, by reference to Regulation CC of PAGE 1 the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, as amended and interpreted from time to time.
