AVAILABLE SERVICE. (i) any Service made available by Vendor in accordance with Exhibits D-1and D-2 as of the Amendment Effective Date; (ii) any Service made available by Vendor after the Amendment Effective Date as specified in any Quarterly Services Update; and (iii) any Other Service which Vendor offers or provides, or is able to offer or provide, on or after the Amendment Effective Date.
