Example Definitions of "Available Shares"
Available Shares. Means authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock that are available for issuance by the Company (excluding any shares that are issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of outstanding options, warrants or other securities or are reserved under any equity plan maintained by the Company).
