Example Definitions of "Average Market Price"
Average Market Price. The average (rounded to the nearest cent) of the means between the high and low sales prices of a share of Common Stock as reported on the New York Stock Exchange Composite Tape for the ten consecutive trading days ending on the date of the annual meeting of stockholders of the Company for the year with respect to which an annual grant of Restricted Shares or Restricted Stock Units is made pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Plan.
Average Market Price. Means, with respect to any security, the arithmetic average of the Market Price of such security for the 15 consecutive trading day period ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the determination date.
Average Market Price. Means the average of the Closing Prices (as defined below) per share of the Common Stock on each of the 20 consecutive Trading Days (as defined below) ending on the third Trading Day immediately preceding (a) June 15, 2006 or, if earlier, the date immediately prior to a Reorganization Event with respect to a conversion pursuant to Section 6 or (b) the date immediately prior to a Cash Merger with respect to a conversion pursuant to Section 8.
