Example Definitions of "Average Market Value"
Average Market Value. Shall mean the average closing trading price of a company's shares on the principal exchange on which such shares are then traded, during the 30 consecutive calendar days ending on (and including) a specified date, as reported by the applicable principal exchange on which such company's shares are listed or quoted, or by such other authoritative source as the Administrator may determine.

Average Market Value. The average of the Closing Prices for the security in question for the five trading days immediately preceding the date of determination.

Average Market Value. Average Market Value. Of a Share on any grant date shall mean the average of the closing prices on the New York Stock Exchange (or its equivalent if the Shares are not traded on the New York Stock Exchange) of a Share for all trading days (up to and including the date that is two trading days prior to the grant date) after the next preceding grant date.
Average Market Value.
