AVIRON PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
AVIRON PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT. Shall mean any [ * ] equipment purchased by Aviron for use by PCI pursuant to this Agreement, including any such equipment set forth in Appendix 1 attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time.
