Example Definitions of "Avoidance Actions"
Avoidance Actions. Means each and every claim, demand or cause of action whatsoever which the Debtor has or had the power to assert immediately prior to the Confirmation of the Plan, including, without limitation, actions for the avoidance and recovery, pursuant to Code § 550, of transfers avoidable by reason of Bankruptcy Code §§ 544, 545, 547, 548, 549, or 553(b).
Avoidance Actions. Means any claim or cause of action created upon the filing of the Bankruptcy Case for the avoidance of any pre-petition transfer of Property of the Estate or the Debtor pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 544, 547, 548, 550, and 551.
Avoidance Actions. Means any and all actual or potential avoidance, recovery, subordination, or other Claims, causes of action, or remedies that may be brought by or on behalf of the Debtor, its estate, or other parties in interest under sections 502, 510, 542, 544, 545, 547 through 553, and 724(a) or other applicable sections of the Bankruptcy Code or under similar or related local, state, federal, or foreign statutes and common law, including fraudulent transfer laws.
