Award Account

Award Account. An accounting accrual entry in the Company books in the Participant's name. A separate Award Account shall be established for each Award under this Plan. Thus, a Participant may have more than one Award Account established in his or her name. There is no requirement that amounts be set aside by the Company to fund the Award Account.
