Example Definitions of "Award Cycle"
Award Cycle. A period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Administrator over which Performance Units are to be earned
Award Cycle. Means a period of one or more Plan Years as determined by the Committee. The first Award Cycle under this Plan began on January 1, 2003 and ended on December 31, 2005. The second Award Cycle under this Plan will begin on January 1, 2006 and end on December 31, 2009.
