Award Date

Award Date. Means the date on which a Participant would have first received payment of his or her Bonus but for his or her election to purchase shares of Common Stock in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.

Award Date. In relation to Free Shares or Matching Shares, the date on which such Shares are awarded

Award Date. The date specified in a Participant's Award Document as the grant date of the Award

Award Date. January 1 and July 1 of each year, commencing on July 1, 1993

Award Date. Shall mean the effective date of the Participant's Option Agreement, which, in the event of a Substitution, shall be the effective date of the new Option granted pursuant to the Substitution.

Award Date. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Award Date. The date upon which an Award is made to a Participant under the Plan, although, in the case of any Award for which the Exercise Price, Fair Market Value, or other applicable value is determined with reference to the average weighted Share price or Share price over a particular measurement period, the Award shall not be treated as granted and subject to applicable securities law or securities exchange reporting until the applicable value is determined.

Award Date. Means the date that the Unvested LTIP Units were granted as set forth in the Recitals

Award Date. The date that the Award LTIP Units were granted as set forth on Schedule A

Award Date. The date an Award is granted to a Participant pursuant to the Plan
