Example Definitions of "Award Date"
Award Date. Means the date on which a Participant would have first received payment of his or her Bonus but for his or her election to purchase shares of Common Stock in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.
Award Date. In relation to Free Shares or Matching Shares, the date on which such Shares are awarded
Award Date. The date specified in a Participant's Award Document as the grant date of the Award
Award Date. January 1 and July 1 of each year, commencing on July 1, 1993
