Award Instrument

Award Instrument. The term "Award Instrument" shall mean a written instrument evidencing an Award in such form and with such provisions as the Committee may prescribe, including, without limitation, an agreement to be executed by the Employee and the Corporation, a certificate issued by the Corporation, or a letter executed by the Committee or its designee. Acceptance of the Award Instrument by an Employee constitutes agreement to the terms of the Award evidenced thereby.
