Award Letter

Award Letter. Shall mean the letter to the Participant attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Award Letter. The award notice to the Participant attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Award Letter. The written agreement evidencing the grant of an interest (specified as a number of Award Units) representing a right to receive (i) a portion of the assets (and/or a cash payment in respect of the Fair Market Value of the assets) in the Asset Pool from time to time (an "Asset Pool Award"), and (ii) a portion of the shares of Common Stock reserved for issuance as grants of restricted stock units under the Stock Plan under the RSU Pool (an "RSU Pool Award").

Award Letter. Award Letter. Means a letter from the Committee to an employee informing such employee of his or her selection as a Participant and setting forth the amount of Severance Benefits and the duration of other severance benefits that the Participant will be entitled to receive in accordance with Section 4 hereof and the amount of Retention Payment (if any) that the Participant will be entitled to receive in accordance with Section 5 hereof.

Award Letter. An individual letter agreement with, or letter notice to, a Participant describing the terms of any Bonus.

Award Letter. Means a written letter, agreement or other notice in such form as may from time to time be hereafter approved by the Committee, which Award Letter shall set forth the terms and conditions of an Award under the Plan.

Award Letter. Means a letter sent by the Company to a Participant setting forth the terms and conditions of an Option Award, SAR Award or Restricted Stock Award. The Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine the form of an Award Letter, including specifying that different forms may be used for different Participants and that different forms may be used for the same type of Award.
