Example Definitions of "Award Percentage"
Award Percentage. Means the percentage, as approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board, of the Transaction Bonus Pool that a Participant may be eligible to receive under the Plan.
Award Percentage. With respect to a Phantom Award, the percentage of the Distributions that the Participant is entitled to receive.
Award Percentage.
