Award Period

Award Period. Shall mean the calendar year period commencing January 1, 2006, and shall be the measurement period during which Goal attainment shall be determined.

Award Period. Means the period beginning on an Award Date and ending on the expiration date of such Award.

Award Period. The period of calendar years fixed by the Committee with respect to all Performance Share Awards with the same Date of Grant (but no more than five years) commencing with each Date of Grant, except that the Award Period for a recently hired employee may be for such lesser period as determined by the Committee

Award Period. The Plan Year under which the Performance Award relates, or such longer period as may be specified by the Company or the Committee at the time a Performance Award is granted

Award Period. The three-year period shown in Section 3 of this Agreement, except that in the event of the Participant's death, the Award Period will be the period covered by the Agreement ending on December 31st of the calendar year in which the death occurred. [Modify vesting as appropriate.]

Award Period. A period of three consecutive one-year Performance Periods, beginning on the Grant Date and ending on the day after the third Performance Period on which the Committee determines actual performance in relation to the Performance Goals set for the third Performance Period of the Award Period.

Award Period. Shall mean the fiscal twelve month period commencing September 30, 2006 and ending September 28, 2007, and shall be the measurement period during which Goal attainment is determined.

Award Period. Means, with respect to an Award, the period of time, if any, set forth in the Award Agreement during which specified performance goals must be achieved or other conditions set forth in the Award Agreement must be satisfied.

Award Period. Means a period of one year, commencing each January 1 and ending on the following December 31.
