Award Shares

Award Shares. Shares subject to an Award granted pursuant to this Plan

Award Shares. The Common Shares issued by the Company in payment of the Award

Award Shares. The meaning set forth for such term in the Value Sharing Equity Program.

Award Shares. Means fully-paid, nonassessable shares of Class A Common Stock that are issued pursuant to, and with such restrictions as are imposed by, the terms of this Plan and the Guidelines. Such shares may be shares of original issuance, treasury shares or a combination of the foregoing and, in the discretion of the Company, may be issued as certificated or uncertificated shares.

Award Shares. The shares of Common Stock underlying an Option or Restricted Stock granted to an Employee.

Award Shares. Means shares of Restricted Stock, shares of Common Stock and Units acquired pursuant to an Award.

Award Shares. The term "Award Shares" is defined as shares of Common Stock granted by the Plan Committee in accordance with Section 5 of this Plan.

Award Shares. Shares of Common Stock covered by the Restricted Stock Unit Award which have been delivered pursuant to Paragraph 5, above

Award Shares. Shall the meaning as defined in Section 11a hereof.

Award Shares. Shares acquired upon the exercise of an Option Award, vesting of a Restricted Stock Award or settlement of a Restricted Stock Unit Award, as the case may be
