Award. Means an award of any Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, Stock Unit, Stock 13 SERACARE LIFE SCIENCES, INC. AMENDED AND RESTATED 2001 STOCK INCENTIVE PLAN (as amended) Bonus, dividend equivalent or deferred payment right or other right or security that would constitute a "derivative security" under Rule 16a-1(c) of the Exchange Act, or any combination thereof, whether alternative or cumulative, authorized by and granted under this Plan.
