Award Definition Example

Award. Means any Option, Restricted Stock, Performance Stock Award, Phantom Stock, Cash Award, Stock Award or Stock Appreciation Right, whether granted singly, in combination or in tandem, granted to a Participant pursuant to any applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Committee may establish in order to fulfill the objectives of this Plan.
