Award. Any decision of the Employer to award Employer Contribution Credits to the Participant's Employer Contribution Credit Account for a particular Plan Year

Award. Whenever any Shares subject to an Award other than an Option or Stock Appreciation Right granted under this Plan (or any award other than an option or stock appreciation right under the Prior Plans that is outstanding after December 31, 2015) are tendered (either actually or by attestation) or withheld by the Company to satisfy tax withholding requirements, such Shares may again be the subject of Awards under this Plan. Award. An Option, Unit Appreciation Right, Restricted Unit, Phantom Unit, Unit Award, Substitute Award, Other Unit Based Award, Cash Award, Distribution Equivalent Right (whether granted alone or in tandem with respect to another Award other than a Restricted Unit or Unit Award) or Performance Award, in each case, granted under the Plan.

Award. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the Incentive Award Plan.

Award.
