AXP Content

AXP Content. Means portal configurations, content and data created, produced and developed (or otherwise owned) by AXP and its Affiliates (including any AXP-owned trademark or service mark authorized for use by TRX), together with content and data licensed or acquired by AXP from any third party. This definition of AXP Content shall be limited in its use for the purpose of this SOW No. 4.
