B WARRANTS

B WARRANTS. Means the Warrants, in the form of EXHIBIT B attached hereto, expiring up to 30 months after the date of issuance, subject to redemption by the Company under certain circumstances as provided therein, and exercisable at the earlier of the first anniversary of the date of issuance or the Redemption Notice Date (as defined therein).
