Backlog

Backlog. Means the amount of revenue that the Company, based on its past practices for calculating such amounts materially consistent with the calculation for the Backlog amounts attached hereto as Exhibit A, reasonably expects to earn from: (i) remaining work to be performed on uncompleted contracts in progress, (ii) executed contracts on which work has not yet begun and (iii) projects for which the Company has received written notice of selection but not yet negotiated a price.

Backlog. The combined value at a point in time of all executed contracts and unambiguous letters of intent to perform future work for customers.

Backlog. Means each written Contract identified on Section 3.4(g) of the Disclosure Schedule of that certain Share Purchase Agreement by and among eRT, Parent, Covance Central Laboratory Services Limited Partnership and the Company dated as of the date hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the "Backlog" does not include any Contracts entered into after September 30, 2007; provided, that, only Revenues received after the effective date of this Agreement may be deemed Relevant Revenues.
