Backup Servicer

Backup Servicer. (a) at any time on or before October 31, 2007, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as backup servicer and (b) after October 31, 2007, any backup servicer appointed pursuant to Section 6.7(j) of this Agreement.
