Bad Batches. Batches of Product, other than those referred to in Section 8.2, which either (i) are lost in production; (ii) are determined by final decision of APP's quality group to be not suitable for final release; or (iii) or are properly rejected by the ABI Parties under Section 9 of this Manufacturing Agreement.
