Bancorp. 1st Pacific Bancorp, a California corporation, its successors and permitted assigns.

Bancorp. Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation

Bancorp. Shall mean Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc.

Bancorp. Has the meaning set forth in paragraph 1 of this Plan.

Bancorp. Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc.

Bancorp. Is defined in introductory paragraph of this Agreement. If Bancorp is merged into any other Entity, or transfers substantially all of its business operations or assets to another Entity, the term "Bancorp" shall be deemed to include such successor Entity for purposes of applying Article 8 of this Agreement.

Bancorp. Means Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation, publicly traded as a bank holding company.

Bancorp. Is defined in the Recitals.
