Example Definitions of "Bank Deposit Shortfall"
Bank Deposit Shortfall. Means the deficit, if any, recorded on the books of the Corporation and its Subsidiaries on the last Business Day of each week during the applicable Lookback Period as reflected on the "adjusted book balance" line of the Corporation's consolidated thirteen-week cash flow projections. "Bank Deposit Shortfall" shall be calculated in accordance with the Corporation's historical practice.
