Bank Group Members

Bank Group Members. Agent, Syndication Agent and Lenders, and, for purposes of Section 2 of this Release, their respective officers, directors, agents, attorneys, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns.

Bank Group Members. Shall mean, collectively, the Kellstrom Bank Group Members and the KAV Bank Group Members, and, for purposes of Section 2 of this Release, their respective officers, directors, agents, attorneys, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns.
