Bank One and its predecessors, successors, assigns, and their respective past or present parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, holding companies, divisions, branches, offices, unincorporated business units, partners, insurers, officers, directors, shareholders, managers, employees (including without limitation any EOG Employee who accepted an offer of employment from Bank One subsequent to July 1, 2004), agents, servants, representatives, officials, attorneys, associates, and trustees.
