Bank Product

Bank Product. Means any financial accommodation extended to Borrower by Senior Creditor including: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) purchase cards, (e) ACH Transactions, (f) cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or (g) transactions under Hedge Agreements.

Bank Product. Shall mean a RAL, RAC, or Money NowSM loan.

Bank Product. Any financial accommodation extended to Reseller or its Subsidiaries by a Bank Product Provider (other than pursuant to the Credit Agreement) including: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) purchase cards (including so-called "procurement cards" or "P-cards"), (e) ACH Transactions, (f) cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or (g) transactions under Hedge Agreements.

Bank Product. Any one or more of the following financial products or accommodations extended to any Obligor by a Bank Product Provider: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) stored value cards, (e) purchase cards (including so-called "procurement cards" or "P-cards") or (f) cash management and treasury management services (including controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).
