Example Definitions of "Bank Products"
Bank Products. Shall mean any one or more of the following types or services or facilities provided to a Borrower or Guarantor by a Bank Product Provider: (a) credit cards or stored value cards, and (b) cash management or related services, including (1) the automated clearinghouse transfer of funds for the account of a Borrower or Guarantor pursuant to agreement or overdraft for any accounts of Borrowers or Guarantors maintained at Agent or any Bank Product Provider that are subject to the control of Agent... pursuant to any Deposit Account Control Agreement to which Agent or such Bank Product Provider is a party, as applicable, and (2) controlled disbursement services.
