Bank Services Debt

Bank Services Debt. Obligations of Borrower to Bank or any affiliate of Bank in connection with any products or services requested by Borrower and approved by Bank including, without limitation, ACH transactions (including overdrafts), foreign exchange transactions and contracts, letters of credit, corporate credit cards and other treasury and cash management products and services (including maintaining deposit or securities accounts), in all cases whether or not provided pursuant to the Senior Loan Agreement.
