Example Definitions of "Bank"
Bank. Spirit of Texas Bank, SSB, a Texas state savings bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company
Bank. Evans Bank, National Association, a national bank, and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Bank balances are maintained by Participant, and the Company does not transfer cash into such Bank accounts. The Bank accounts exist only as bookkeeping records to evidence the Company's obligation to pay these amounts in accordance with Plan requirements. (See Appendix A for bank rules.)
