Example Definitions of "Bankruptcy Law"
Bankruptcy Law. Means Title 11, U.S. Code or any similar federal, state or foreign law for the relief of debtors or the protection of creditors
Bankruptcy Law. Title 11 of the United States Code (11 U.S.C. 101 et seq. ), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute, or if the context so requires, any similar federal or state law.
