Example Definitions of "Bankruptcy Laws"
Bankruptcy Laws. Means Title 11 of the United States Code, as it may be amended from time to time, any successor statute or any applicable state or foreign laws relating to bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation, winding up or reorganization.
Bankruptcy Laws. Means the Bankruptcy Code and any of the rules or regulations thereunder, including, without limitation, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the local rules of the Bankruptcy Court.
Bankruptcy Laws. Title 11 of the United States Code (11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq.) or any other federal or state law relating to bankruptcy, insolvency or reorganization or for the relief of debtors, in each case as amended from time to time.
