Bankruptcy Majority Noteholders. Means, as of any record date for the Senior Notes, those Noteholders that hold in the aggregate at least two-thirds ( 2/3) of the principal amount (but in any event not less than $153,334,000) of the Senior Note Claims and represent more than one-half ( 1/2) (but in any event not less than 8 of the 10 holders) of the Noteholders holding Senior Notes.
