Bankruptcy Plan Transfer
Bankruptcy Plan Transfer. Shall mean the transfer of the Property by Kellstrom to a liquidating trust for the benefit of Agent and Pre-Petition Lenders (subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement) pursuant to a Bankruptcy Plan.
