BANKS CLAIMS. Means all present and future claims of the Bank against SCB for the payment of money relating to that certain term loan in the principal amount of $6,500,000 (the "Bank Loan") evidenced by a promissory note of even date herewith made by SCB to the order of the Bank in the principal amount of $6,500,000, including all claims for principal and interest under the Bank Loan (including... interest accruing after the commencement of a bankruptcy proceeding by or against SCB), or for reimbursement of fees, costs or expenses, or otherwise, whether fixed or contingent, matured or unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, but in each case arising under the Bank's Financing Documents (as in effect on the date hereof).
