BANKS FINANCING DOCUMENTS. Means all present and future loan agreements, including, without limitation, the Bank Loan Agreement, notes, reimbursement agreements, security documents or other documents or agreements in any way evidencing or documenting the Bank's Claims against SCB, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, renewed, extended or restated.
