Example Definitions of "Base Amount"
Base Amount. Means the Executive's annual base salary amount for the year during which the Termination Date occurs, or such higher amount in effect immediately before any reduction thereof that constituted Good Reason.
Base Amount. Shall mean the amount which is deemed to constitute your "base amount" pursuant to Section 280G of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Base Amount. Means the Tangible Net Worth of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the last day of the first fiscal quarter of 2003.
Base Amount. For purposes of this Agreement, "BASE AMOUNT" shall mean the Executive's base salary in effect on July 1, 2001, or, if greater, in effect at any time thereafter.

For purposes of this Agreement, "Base Amount" shall mean the Employee's annual base salary at the rate in effect on the Termination Date, including all pre-tax salary reduction contributions or amounts of base salary that are deferred under any employee benefit or deferred compensation plans of the Company or any other agreement or arrangement.
Base Amount. $59.6 million with respect to Equity Appreciation Units awarded on January 1, 1998; with respect to Equity Appreciation Units awarded after that date, "Base Amount" means an amount determined by the Administrator at the time of the award.
