Example Definitions of "Base Hot Deals Purchase"
Base Hot Deals Purchase. Means a Qualified Purchase that on the date of such purchase (a) is listed on the RN Dining Program Web Page as a "hot deal" (or such other name mutually agreed to by the Parties), and (b) has a Upromise Member Incentive, Administrative Fee and Marketing Fee equal to the percentage of the Qualified Purchase Amount of such Qualified Purchase set forth on Exhibit E.
