Base Price

Example Definitions of "Base Price"
Base Price. A price per Purchase Share equal to the sum of (i) the Signing Market Price and (ii) $0.026 (subject to adjustment for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction that occurs on or after the date of this Agreement).
Base Price. The initial price for Qualifying Stumpage as more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto, as annually adjusted pursuant to the terms and conditions described in Exhibit B
Base Price. $17.89, which represents the average of the closing trading prices of a share of Stock on the New York Stock Exchange during the five consecutive trading days ending on September 30, 2005 (or ending on the last trading day preceding September 30, 2005 if September 30, 2005 does not fall on a trading day)
Base Price. $40.51, which represents the average of the closing trading prices of a share of Stock on the New York Stock Exchange during the five consecutive trading days ending on May 1, 2007.
Base Price. The price charged by ANI for a Unit of Product, which price shall be comprised of the cost of Raw Materials, Components, labor, overhead and profit per Unit, which is further described in the Amending Exhibit.
Base Price. The price per share specified in an Evidence of Award of a Freestanding SAR
Base Price. With respect to a SAR, the Fair Market Value of a Share as of the Date of Grant or such greater amount as may be specified by the Commiteee.
Base Price. $61.21, the Fair Market Value of a share of ASCMA Stock on the Effective Date
Base Price. $36.78, the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Grant Date.
