Example Definitions of "Base Rate Margin"
Base Rate Margin. Shall mean two hundred (200) basis points.
Base Rate Margin. Means, on any date, with respect to each Base Rate portion of a Loan, the number of basis points per annum set forth below based on the Applicable Utilization Level on such date: Applicable Utilization Level Base Rate Margin ---------------------------- ---------------- Level I 0 Level II 0 Level III 12.5
Base Rate Margin. Base Rate Margin means: (a) one-half percent (0.50%) per annum whenever the Borrowing Base Usage is equal to or greater than 75%; or (b) one-quarter percent (0.25%) per annum whenever the Borrowing Base Usage is equal to or greater 50% but less than 75%; or (c) zero percent (0%) per annum whenever the Borrowing Base Usage is less than 50%.
